Postdoctoral Psychological Assistant

Dr. Erica Pool is a psychological assistant working toward licensure under the supervision of Dr. Sze. She is focused on work that is outcomes-oriented, evidence-based, and deeply embedded in the stories and realities of each of our lived experiences. She is trained in modern, trauma-informed and culturally-affirming behavioral therapies, including ACT, CBT, DBT, MBSR, and schema-based work. She particularly loves diving into exposure therapy with individuals looking to expand their capacity to be kind to themselves while they experience intense thoughts, emotions, and sensations. In working together with Dr. Pool, you will co-create markers of success in therapy, so you are never in the dark on your path towards your goals. Dr. Pool always strives to bring her genuine self to each session, and a sense of compassionate humor towards the pain and beauty of the human condition.
Dr. Pool currently works with adults only, age 18 and over.
Dr. Pool is currently providing telehealth (video) sessions only.
